Long after the time of Firestar, the four forest Clans' changed their names: WindClan to SnowClan, ShadowClan to IceClan, RiverClan to EmeraldClan, and ThunderClan to FireClan. These cats lived in peace for many moons, until one day, that all changed. An old group of rogues traveled to the lake and started calling themselves LeafClan. This Clan was made up of seven cats, but kits were coming. LeafClan told the forest Clans that the band of rogues must be able to live by the lake for one moon, and then move on. But LeafClan's leader, Jade, whose claws are as quick as her wit, has other ideas. She plans to be another BloodClan, controlling the forest clans by blood and making others fear them. Only the Clan leaders, deputies, and medicine cats seem to see what LeafClan is planning. Those cats meet at the Gathering Island when the moon hangs like a claw in the sky, trying to figure out LeafClan's plan. But something horrible has happened. StarClan refuses to speak to the forest cats. Is LeafClan even controlling them? What are the four forest Clans' to do? Will LeafClan rule the forest? Their fate is in the paws of StarClan... if only they would help
